Position Description:

Location: Sothern Idaho- Mountain Home, Twin Falls, Pocatello Area.
Seeking NP/PA to join our exciting multidisciplinary group primarily focused on advanced wound care. Our practice provides both an in office setting as well as mobile visits providing care in homes and/or care facilities as is often necessary.
The position is for a provider to perform advanced wound care treatments, in the context of appropriately managing the associated underlying comorbidities. Such as working up peripheral vascular disease, ordering peripheral vascular studies, and working up neuropathy syndromes.
Advanced wound care treatments include debridement and advanced debridement techniques, advanced imaging modalities, advanced graft applications, and at times wound vac applications.
Experience in wound care is required, and home health experience is also welcomed as this role requires working closely with home health partners to provide exceptional care.Training in each area will be provided initially and ongoing. Practitioner will routinely coordinate care with our vascular intervention specialists, primary care physicians, surgeons, and podiatrists both locally and with other specialists within our group.

Salary will be based on experience.
