Role and Responsibilities
- Manage crew members
- Oversee project safety and ensure compliance with all job safety procedures and regulations.
- Communication with customers.
- Ensure Project specifications are followed.
- Submit employee timesheets
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the manager or foreman.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
Experience:
- 5 years experience running a flat roofing crew.
- 10 years experience installing Duro-Last Membrane.
- Must have a valid Drivers License with a good driving Record.
- OSHA 30-hour card preferred but not required.
- Ability to complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to repeatedly lift at least 50lbs, climb a ladder, push, pull, bend, twist, etc.
Other:
- Ability to travel out of town when needed.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to repeatedly push, pull, climb, bend, kneel, stand, lift heavy items, etc. throughout a regular work day.
Wage:
- based on experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
