Assistant Branch Manager

Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a qualified Assistant Branch Manager to add to our internal team.  This full-time position is based in our Effingham, Illinois office.  Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Responsibilities:

·         Interview and process candidates for available job opportunities.

·         Assist the Branch Manager in daily branch operation including payroll, reporting, etc.

·         Communicate with clients via phone, email and in person.

·         Enter documentation into our HR system.

·         Process new hire paperwork for all temporary employees placed on assignment.

·         Comply with company policies and procedures.

·         HR duties including recruiting, benefits, time and attendance, counseling, Workman’s Comp and employee relations.

Requirements:

·         2-year degree or equivalent experience.

·         Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience preferably in a leadership role.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

·         Professional appearance and demeanor.

·         Detail oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.

·         Able to supervise, train and motivate staff.

·         Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

·         Highly dependable and able to work M-F 8-5pm with overtime as needed.
