Assembly and Quality Control Technician

Position Details:

• Verify orders and labeling information.
• Visually scan parts for quality defects.
• Perform assembly of product as directed.
• Trim excess plastic from parts as required.
• Package parts according to customer’s requirements.
• Follow established procedures to reject nonconforming product.
• Complete daily production activity log.
• Maintain a stable cycle and a clean work area.
• Move finished product to designated areas.
• Full-Time hours available on First shift.
• This position is offering a $1000 Sign-On Bonus, paid out in three increments - $200 after 30 days, $300 after 60 days, and $500 after 90 days.

Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion activities such as bending, stooping, pinching, and grasping.
• Previous factory experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to perform visual inspection on products for defects.
• Must have the ability to be cross-trained.
