Job Summaries:

• Trims/Flames excess flash from molded parts
• Adds additional components as required by product or customer specifications
• Visually Inspects all parts for defects based on customer quality standards
• Adds foam or other part protective devices per procedure
• Places finished parts on a work in process rack to be taken to next operation
• Tags all products using proper identification label
• Performs 5S audits at workstation on regular basis
• Maintains a clean and safe work area, performs safety audits
• Participates in department meetings
• Completes documentation of activities as required
• Performs other tasks as assigned
• 2nd and 3rd shift available

Requirements for:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Must possess good teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to at least meet the physical demands as defined by the current production requirements and the job function evaluation.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment using personal protective equipment and safety precautions.
• Must maintain an acceptable attendance record and works overtime as required.
