Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter

Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a qualified Onsite Supervisor to add to our internal team. This full-time position will be based in Decatur, IL. Responsibilities:

• Recruiting: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for timely placements.
• Candidate Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Process Management: Follow each step of the hiring process meticulously.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to meet their business requirements.
• Onboarding: Facilitate comprehensive new hire orientations.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle new hire paperwork and drug screens.
• Safety Advocacy: Promote a safe work environment within the manufacturing area.

Requirements:

• A 2-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 or more years in customer service, preferably in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Present yourself with professionalism and poise.
• Detail oriented, organized and efficient, even amidst interruptions.
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm (with overtime as needed).

Salary Range:

• $20-22 per hour
