Professional Staffing Specialist - 3rd SHIFT!

Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a qualified 3rd Shift Administrator to add to our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Princeton, Kentucky office. Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Responsibilities:
Able to communicate with the client and team members professionally.
Address employee concerns immediately.
Data entry into our HRIS system.
Assist with phone screens and make placements for the client.
Process paperwork for new employees placed on assignment with client.
Process Workman’s Comp paperwork and investigations.
Able to do floor walks in a manufacturing environment multiple times a shift.

Requirements:
2-year degree or equivalent experience.
Customer service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Detail oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
Able to multi-task and detail oriented.
Highly dependable and able to work Sunday through Thursday 10pm – 7 am.
Flexible schedule to work overtime as needed.
Experience working on 3rd shift preferred but not required.
