What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Analyst position at Innovative System Group?
Job Descriptions:
- coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule.
- for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
- Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications
- Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities. Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures
TYPICAL DAY:
Work hours can fall in the the range of 6:30am to 4:00p ET. Position will be on site but may be remote after training until post covid restrictions.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
1-2 year of experience in a Procurement, Purchasing or an Administrative Logistics role. Good to very good PC skills required including significant practical experience with Excel
