What You Will Do:

  • Assist Account Executives to research target accounts & build strategy to break new business and increase share of existing business
  • Work at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital video ad technology and to articulate its value to clients; build and manage relationships with stakeholders and decision makers responsible for revenue growth
  • Assist Account Executives with account strategy, presentations, internal coordination, and follow-up.
  • Attend industry events, entertain, network, and be fully immersed in the local digital scene
  • Work closely with internal teams to advocate for clients and share knowledge across the organization
  • Collaborate with Account Executives/Client Service team to deliver superior customer service and trouble shoot any hurdles that might arise
  • Over time Jr Sellers will grow to own and manage their own small book of business, as well as cover for their Account Executives when out on vacation or leave

What You Will Need: 

  • 2-4 years adtech/media/digital experience or agency experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong knowledge of digital video space across media planning, creative, and trafficking experience desired.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific best practices and vendors related to digital media and in particular, video, such as VAST, VPAID, verification, viewability, etc.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, fast-growing work environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce encouraged
  • Bachelor's degree.
