One of our top Fintech Partners in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join their Professional Services Banking division and play a key role in driving & managing various customer-funded projects for their Financial Institution clients. The majority of the projects this person will be supporting are existing clients that are rolling out a software upgrade to their ATM’s or ITM’s. Currently, this group has 199 live projects and additional build-up of integrations in the pipeline. These projects are all very complex & require some technical knowledge. This is a big opportunity to make a footprint in a growing org within a global company! Must sit in Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule 4 days/week (remote flexibility for the right candidate). REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 years of experience as a Program Manager, working on multiple fast-paced software development projects for a financial institution client – preferably revolved around ATM’s, ITM’s, payment solutions, or payment processing
- Strong experience managing transformational high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders and business functions (software/hardware, sales, pre-sales teams, as well as customers)
- Experience building project scope, driving collaboration across all teams, updating timelines as needed, & communicating deliverables to ensure project is completed on time and within budget
- Experience implementing or integrating a software product or service for a financial institution client
- Ability to effectively communicate across both technical and non-technical teams
- Driver mentality with a strong ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Prior experience supporting a financial institution client from a vendor perspective (HP, NCR, Diebold, Fiserv, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate, negotiate, execute & deliver software application implementation projects—including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Effectively monitor and track project progress against established goals and communicate project status, including roadblocks, milestones, and successes with all stakeholders involved (sales, pre-sales, & software teams – as well as the client)
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from beginning to end to ensure software upgrades & enhancements are implemented for the ATM’s & ITM’s
- Interface with banking client’s teams to ensure project is on time and within scope
- Work with many teams to drive project deliverables
