Mold Setter
Job Posting for Mold Setter at Inova Staffing Services
Inova Staffing is searching for a 1st shift Mold Setter to work at a client in the Akron, OH area.
This is a full-time direct hire position.
Hours: 7:15am-3:30pm
Pay: $17.95-22.65/hour
Job Duties:
- Clean mold mounting surfaces
- Set up and remove molds in the injection molding process
- Transport materials using tow motor or crane
- Perform auxiliary set-up duties and connect water lines, air lines, etc
- Start production, adjust press, and troubleshoot mold and press problems
- Assist foremen with machine and equipment issues
- Clean and lubricate mold surfaces
- Fill in for foremen regarding machine scheduling and shift production
- Update documentation as required
- Perform general service activities
- Repair molds following safety precautions
- Communicate job requirements to following shift personnel
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be punctual and have good attendance
- Must have reliable transportation
- 2 years of Mold Setting experience
- Experience in Plastics manufacturing
- Team oriented mindset
- Great communication skills

- mold setting: 2 years (Preferred)
