Inpatient Psych Solutions (IPS), is looking for a self-starting, experienced, licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The core qualities we look for in the ideal candidate include demonstrating high ethical standards, possessing the ability to operate independently, and being passionate about providing the highest quality patient care.

IPS is a GA-based healthcare organization that provides behavioral health services to local healthcare facilities including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and nursing homes. Founded in 2019, we are in an exciting growth stage with multiple expansion opportunities in the near term and opportunities for growth and leadership within the company.

This position could begin as a contracted role with the opportunity for the applicant to generally manage their own schedule and provide flexibility. Compensation will be competitive and based upon hours worked. If full-time employment is desired, options are available.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and coordinate clinical treatment plans related to individual, family, and group psychotherapy
2. Conduct various psychological assessments, including test administration, interpretation, and treatment recommendation
3. Management and completion of the patient caseload in the specified area
4. Record and input detailed patient notes into an electronic medical record system while developing or maintaining treatment plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams
5. Collaborate with IPS care team to ensure a comprehensive approach
6. Supervision of practicum, medical students, interns, and post-doctoral fellows

Requirements:

1. Completion of Doctoral Program from top-tier college/university in Clinical Psychology
2. Active license as a PhD or PsyD with requisite state eligibility
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. High degree of analytical ability to manage multiple services
5. In-depth knowledge and experience in individual, group, couples, and family psychology
6. Experience in psychological testing
7. Experience in medical trauma preferred
