Senior UI/UX Frontend Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Frontend Engineer to lead the design and development of our user interfaces. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences that meet the needs of our diverse client base. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products not only function seamlessly but also provide a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of our user interface, leveraging your proficiency in Python web frameworks and JavaScript libraries.
• Create engaging and intuitive user experiences that cater to the unique requirements of our industrial clientele.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform product requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Utilize your startup experience to develop effective, efficient, and scalable UI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Employ user-centered design methodologies to conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and iterate on design solutions.
• Implement rigorous testing of UI components, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across various platforms and devices.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Developer.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python Flask and JavaScript libraries.
• Early-stage startup experience as an early employee, particularly in building UI/UX from the ground up.
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating engaging user experiences.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design, as well as cross-browser compatibility.
• Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
