Job Posting for Outside Sales Representative at Inside Plants, Inc.
We've been in business for over 40 years and we continue to grow! We need an experienced outside sales representative to join our team and continue to expand our clients in the Inland Empire.
Our outside sales representative will be responsible for developing new corporate accounts.
IF YOU ARE THE OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WE ARE LOOKING FOR, YOU:
Are friendly and outgoing, and perfectly comfortable talking to strangers
Enjoy networking and know how to cultivate relationships from casual conversations
Are organized and great at follow-up and cold calls
Want a job where you can be out and about (not behind a desk 8 hours/day)
Have an interest in learning about interior landscape design and maintenance (education and experience in this are is a huge plus!)
Are proficient at using Word and Excel
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Have a clean driving record, proof of insurance and reliable transportation
This is a full time position that pays a base, PLUS commission and auto expenses. Base depends on experience and ability to learn quickly. First year sales representatives can expect to make $70,000-$80,000. We offer health care benefits, vacation pay, sick pay and 401K and profit sharing.
