Insight is looking for a dynamic and driven Services Operations Specialist Project Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire service delivery cycle, from order entry to asset tracking and reporting.
Your role will also involve assisting with RFP production, monitoring queues, and handling shipping and receiving, as well as other essential warehouse and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver client-facing messages verbally and in writing and respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely fashion.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a team and independently, with strong time management skills and ability to self-prioritize work responsibilities.
What you’ll need to succeed
- High school degree or GED equivalent required.
- At least 2-5 years of order entry, distribution, receiving, or administrative experience.
- Telecommunications experience is a plus.
