What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Analyst position at Insight Global?
D2D:
Will provide Tier 2/3 technical support for MS Dynamics as the client is rapidly implementing updates/customizations and many issues/questions will arise as it will eventually replace Tableau. This will include troubleshooting SW bugs, performing a deep-dive on advanced issues, coordinating with Development team when coding is needed to solve the problem, attending Development Meetings to keep up to date on new functionalities, discussions, updates, etc,
What I need in a Candidate:
- 2-5 years of professional experience supporting/troubleshooting software/applications (high preference on O365)
- Great communications skills (highly collaborative role)
- Either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree OR currently enrolled towards one
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
