- 10 years experience working in Banking/Financial Services Technology Discipline
- Broad based IT knowledge (Financial Software, Middleware, Databases)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (both to a technical and non-technical environment)
- Domain knowledge of Payments, Accounting Services, Liquidity Management, Receivables, Commercial Card domains (some or all preferred)
Plusses:
- Previous financial enterprise experience

General Responsibilities:
Insight Global is looking for multiple Payments Architects for one of our largest financial clients to sit hybrid in Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, or Richmond, VA. This team provides Global Corporate & Investment Banking and Global Transaction Services with direction on technology strategy and solutions to align the business strategy. They will be a technologist first and a businessperson second. They must understand technology at a high level but will not be doing any coding or development. General responsibilities include defining architectural vision and solution architecture which aligns with the business strategy, enterprise architecture strategy, technology, and platform choices. They will ensure solutions are fit for purpose by working with stakeholders and vendors/service providers. In parallel, they will also evaluate the impact of strategic design solutions. They will work with the Product Manager/Owner to prioritize technology-focused backlog items for the architecture runway, as well as perform design reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements for a solution are efficiently met.
