Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Billing Analyst local to the Tampa Bay area. Day to day they will be responsible for handling billing tickets and requests coming through their system from their clients.
The ideal candidate will have great verbal and written communication skills as they will be responsible for communicating both internally and externally to resolve billing tickets.
The ideal candidate will also have Salesforce experience as they will utilize this platform for research and general billing responsibilities.
Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of billing experience in a role similar to billing specialist, AR or AP specialist, invoicing specialist
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail / Adaptable
Experience communicating with clients and resolving billing inquiries.
Proficient within Microsoft Products
Salesforce, Zuora or Netsuite experience.
Must be able to work late end of the month and a few weekends out of the year null
