Day-to-Day
An employer within the home healthcare space is looking for a Caregiver Recruiter to join their team. This position will be 100% onsite, so the ability to commute and comfortability coming into the office is a must. The Caregiver Recruiter will be responsible for the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding (full cycle) of new caregivers in compliance with state home care license requirements and company policies and procedures. This individual will manage a req load of anywhere from 15 to 20 openings at any given time, and the team average for hiring caregivers is 3 to 8 per week per Recruiter. The primary platforms they use for outbound recruiting are LinkedIn and really, and the recruiting team uses iCIMS as their applicant tracking system. Training will be roughly 2.5 weeks with virtual modules, shadowing, and working directly with an assigned mentor.
