Must Haves:
- Experience with EMR integration and data interoperability
- Knowledge of infrastructure/networking, clinical devices and workflows, clinical support
- Knowledge of Active Directory group integrations with clinical software and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Understanding of HIPAA enforcements in dealing with healthcare data and dataflow
Plusses:
- Experience with EPIC
- Experience working in a health-related environment
- Experience with PACS/EMR/RIS/HIS or various modality/clinical devices
Day-to-Day:
As part of Walmart's Clinical Support Team, you will be documenting mature and repeatable processes to the Walmart Health clinics. You will assist with troubleshooting production issues and updating implementation guides to enable consistent resolution across clinics. As the field reports an issue, the Clinic Analyst will replicate and troubleshoot the issue in the lab and come to a solution. Once the best solution has been identified, you will then document it for the field to be able to refer to when future issues arise. You will also review current documentation to make sure troubleshooting steps are as clear and detailed as possible. This person must be technically proficient in order to replicate and resolve the field issues along with having strong documentation skills.
