Must Haves:
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models (e.g., Gradient Boosting, Random Forest)
- Experience working with Python, R, SQL, Databricks, PySpark, and MLFlow
- A strong understanding of demand forecasting, customer analytics, and cloud-based data pipelines
- Masters or undergraduate or graduate degree in relevant fields like Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Business Analytics
Summary:
Insight Global is partnering with one of the largest Agriculture companies in the world to hire a Data Scientist. This position will sit in our clients North America Commercial organization and will be working on expertise in customer-focused forecasting to support our sales and marketing operations. This person will be building and deploying machine learning models to determine demand forecasting and customer analytics.
Compensation:
$50/hr to $65/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
