JOB DESCRIPTION
One of my top retail clients in the Goodlettsville area is looking to bring on 2 Data Specialist to act as Customer Care Support Representatives to help support the new California Privacy Rights Act going into place in January. This individual will be working with the HR Shared Services division to identify information from numerous vendors and develop a report to send out to previous employees based on their requests. We are looking for strong communicators, who have excellent professionalism and are detail oriented.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of customer service or customer care support
- Microsoft Office Experience (excel, word, outlook)
- Soft Skills: Detail Oriented, Communication, Professionalism
DESIRED SKILLS
- Employee Verification experience
- Experience with Lawson or Clarip
- Bachelor Degree
