JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer is looking for a Deskside Support Technician in the Redmond, WA area. This individual will support 300 people in the organization. Support from central IT, need someone more dedicated to the studio. Franchise wide group for the game, Span all of the games in the org. Responsible for shared services, release management, build. Initially 80% day to day troubleshooting and helping people with tactile things, 20% looking at what to do with the IT within the studios and ramping it up.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2 years front line for technical improvements across the studio, including desktop support troubleshooting hardware and software issues
1 years on and off-boarding process (PC build out, dev kit setup, etc.)
1 years previous experience creating a process for managing requests including how issues are tracked, status is communicated, and resolved
3 years Microsoft products: Windows, MSFT office suite
