Insight Global is looking for an IT Field Technician for one of our clients in the Auburn, Washington area. On a daily basis this person will be working onsite at the local production facility setting up and creating accounts with Active Directory, configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices (Apple) as well as WebEx sessions.
This will include both desk-side and phone support so this person must have experience with remote work. He / She will be working with a ticketing system to resolve issues and escalate any tickets they are unable to settle.
They will also have to provide administrative work as necessary, so they must have experience with Microsoft Office, imaging / reimaging computers, setting up MFA and providing excellent customer service to their internal users of the company.
