Must-Haves
- 3-5 years of experience in estimating site work, paving, and underground utilities
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to construction

- HeavyBid experience (Estimating and bidding software)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Day-to-day
The Estimator will prepare accurate cost estimates for site work, paving, and underground utility projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. They will calculate costs, prepare detailed bid proposals, and use estimating software for accuracy. Site visits will be conducted to gather information and assess risks. The Estimator will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, and coordinate with suppliers for material pricing. They will prepare and present reports and bids, monitor project progress, and adjust estimates as needed. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, they will stay updated on industry standards. The Estimator will also communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide project updates.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
