JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a mid-level Field Service Technician to support a healthcare client in Newport News, VA. This person will be working on a short term 6-month contract helping upgrade and set up new equipment at the hospitals to a new section of EPIC that will go live in April 2023, ambulatory centers, dr. offices, etc. Some travel involved using personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement included. The day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: set up printers in various parts of the hospital/locations, printer configuration, network printers and wireless printers, replacing monitors, hands on set up of equipment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- General IT knowledge (mid-level, there will not be much training provided)
