JOB DESCRIPTION
A client in the Nashville area is looking for a Director of Process Improvement to join their Finance team to help with some large projects and initiatives for the company. Ideally, this person will be a self-starter and be able to collaborate with leaders and form strong partnerships in order to improve certain processes and implement new and innovative process to drive additional value. This person will have the opportunity to build this role into what they want it to be and come in and form ideas that will make this department successful. Currently this person has 3 direct reports but that is looking to grow over the next 1-2 years. 10% travel is required for this role as well as a minimum of 8 days in the office during the month. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 years of experience in financial process improvement
- 7 years of team leadership experience
DESIRED SKILLS
- Master’s degree in business or related discipline
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification
