What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Service Delivery Specialist position at Insight Global?
An employer in Round Rock, TX is looking for a Mid-level IT Service Delivery Specialist who has anywhere from 3-5 years of experience supporting anywhere from 800-1500 internal users on a daily basis. This person will need to have previous experience using a ticketing system, preferably Service Now but others will still be taken into consideration. This person will also need to come from a Enterprise level background with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running from day one. On a daily basis, this person will be helping users with anything from end- point device support, helping to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, bar-code label printers and scanners, along with helping users to set up and configure both iOS and Android mobile devices. Additionally, this person will need to have previous experience in telephony, doing things like racking, stacking, configuring switches, and supporting access points (AP's). This person will also need to be able to provide remote support for any networking issues surrounding Webex and Cisco services. Additionally, this individual will need to be able to preform password resets within Active Directory and be comfortable with occasional travel and after hour, weekend support from time to time.
Must-haves
3-5 years of experience in a Desktop Support role
2 years of Active Directory experience
Must have previous Ticking system (Preferably ServiceNow)
Previous experience troubleshooting (mobile devices, , fax machines, print scanners, fax machines, etc.)
Experience supporting servers, switches, and routers (preferably CISCO)
Experience supporting Windows 2008-2016
Experience using CITRIX MS remote access
Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience in the industry
Must come from a Fast paced Enterprise Level Environment
Excellent Customer Service experience
Plusses
AV Experience (Setting up employee meetings, troublshooting audio on conference calls, etc.)
