Must Haves:
- Network administration experience
- Experience with Cisco or Aruba
- Experience Troubleshooting
- Ticketing experience with Service Now
Plusses:
- BS Degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- CCNA certification
- VOIP experience
- Project Management Experience
Responsibilities include:
- Joining a team to assist in migration – they will be walking into a role with a stack of switches already on their desk
- Assist in phasing out CISCO
- Documentation
- Fibering (layer 2 switches)
- Other day to day responsibilities
