Insight Global is looking for a sharp beauty Product Development Specialist to join the research department of a large ecommerce and wholesale brand, sitting remote in the US.
In this role, the Product Development Specialist will manage the daily acitivities in the beauty development departments, including ideation, costing, product management, QA, and sample tracking follow-up.
In addition, the hired individual will find initiatives to improve beauty product ratings to 4 stars. In order to be successful in this role, it is imperative to be creative, flexible, and work crossfunctionally to test formulas internally and externally for customer satisfaction.

Required skills and experience :
- 2 years of experience with documentation for FDA-regulated industries (food, cosmetic, supplements, pharma, etc.)
- Prior experience in building beauty products and product briefs
- Prior experience in beauty quality assurance
