JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer is looking to add a Project Manager/Scrum Master to their team. in St. Louis, MO. This person will join a team of Analysts and Developers and assist our client in building out their Data Governance/Data Privacy environment. It will be their job to manage multiple projects related to new data privacy laws and assisting to integrate them into their current environment. As a Project Manager, they will be responsible for scheduling and attending meetings, updating and sharing status reports, presenting project status and managing project resources. As a Scrum Master, they will be responsible for helping the team to grow their agile practices and train on new and upcoming scrum/agile processes. They will run daily stand ups, grooming sessions, and sprint planning meetings.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

10 years of Project Management experience
1 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or leading agile teams
Highly skilled in managing multiple large scale projects at once
Experience working on data related projects (data management, data services, data privacy, policies, data storage, data governance, etc.)
Experience working with MS Project and Excel to manage projects

DESIRED SKILLS

Experience working with Jira
Experience working on projects related to GDPR, CCPA or other data privacy laws
PMP certification
