Position: Traveling Mitigation Production Manager
Location: Lebanon, TN (fully on-site,60% travel up to over a month at a time)

Must Haves:
- 5 years of Production Management experience
- 3 years of large loss mitigation experience
- Experience working on large projects (minimum of $1M)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with any audience
- Comfortable with 60% travel and flexibility to travel for a month at a time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Commercial experience
- High School diploma/GED
Plusses:
- IICRC Certifications (ASD, WRT, AMRT, FSRT)
- Cleaning/Restoration experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Travel experience
Day to Day:
An employer in Lebanon, TN is looking for a Traveling Mitigation Production Manager to join their team. This Traveling PM oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. They are responsible for customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. Additional responsibilities include:
- Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
- Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
- Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
- Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
- Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage production expenses.
- Manage equipment and materials (assets).
- Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
