What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Insight Global?
About the Company:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Receptionist Role, this will a 6-month contract to hire role and it will be onsite 5 days a week in the Sacramento area.
Must Have:
- 2 years of experience in an Administrative role
- 2 years’ experience and intermediate proficiency-level usage of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, MS Project
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate with a variety of departments and personalities.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to greet individuals onsite and have a strong phone presence
- Experience working with Google platforms: Google sheets, Google Mail, Google Hangout
Day to Day:
- Greeting office visitors, answering incoming calls and directing visitors or callers in a professional manner
- Responsible for all front desk administrative duties such as photocopying, printing, scanning and sorting, and distributing mail
- Assist with the scheduling of meeting spaces as well as ordering and restocking snacks and office items
- Assist with any administrative tasks from the Project Managers, Project Engineers, etc.
