Reconciliation Specialist

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for reconciliations to assist in helping their payment reconciliation center. The main purpose of this team is to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and matched.

It involves comparing internal records of payments made and received with external records, such as bank statements, to identify and resolve any discrepancies.

This position is fully remote but must sit near the Charlotte area. They are looking for 2 different positions to work under this team.

One position will be focused on reconciliation / looking at deposits within their tools and the other position is working through their work queues in order to match the amount of interest from the EOBs to the work queues.

Each role will be monitored on a productivity basis per hour. They are looking for someone that is interested in learning more about payment reconciliation and willing to work at a high level.

EOB Knowledge

Basic excel and word experience

Experience with work queues / reconciliation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous payment reconciliation experience
