JOB DESCRIPTION
A large healthcare client is looking for a Production Support Analyst with Salesforce Admin background. This person will be joining the production support team. They will be responsible for pulling Service Now tickets and responding to Salesforce related tickets. Most tickets will be data related, ie: inaccurate member data or data not flowing between systems correctly. They will be responsible for roughly 7/8 tickets a day. They will work with vendors to prioritize incidents and follow up until resolved.
