JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer is seeking a project coordinator to assist with a large company separation. This candidate will Assist the Program Manager in managing the Project Plan and all related program deliverables; work closely with workstream leads to ensure alignment with overall program objectives and requirements Perform initial quality review of Project Plan / Work product / Deliverables Responsible for updating key project documents including roadmaps, aggregating data for executive summaries, key deliverable matrix, meeting minutes and follow on agreed actions, etc. Track and monitor closure of actions, decisions issues and risks Perform initial review of project/program readiness and challenge assessments as required Develop solutions for maintaining high collaboration and high interaction in a global, cross -tier, cross – process area, virtual environment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Planview or Ms Project experience preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects using a formal methodology
- Consistent track record of delivering, complex, cross-regional programs, and leading teams.
