JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to work remotely for a client located in Clearwater, FL. This person will be responsible for the purchasing of boat orders from manufacturers/vendors. This person must have the ability to maintain accurate and updated data into their internal system relating to pricing, boat specifications, locations, productions issues, and order changes/enhancements. Attention to detail relating to the order specifications and ensuring orders arrive on time is a crucial part to this position.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma
at least 2 years of experience in purchasing from vendor's or manufacturers
Experience purchasing in larger units (30 or more)
ERP or record keeping system experience: (SAP, IDS, Epicor, Netsuite, etc.)
Inventory experience relating to: Purchase orders, order changes, order confirmations, order placements, pricing, reconciling, and invoicing
Strong communication and professionalism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
DESIRED SKILLS
Boat Industry experience
