JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is hiring a full-time RPA Run Support Manager on behalf of a client in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a member of leadership within the procurement organization, the Run Support Manager will oversee a team responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting RPA solutions within the finance and accounting teams. Additionally, this person will partner with other teams within the organization to evaluate tools and processes, to look for opportunities for improvement and identify gaps where RPA could provide a suitable solution. A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, and value culture. This is a full-time, remote position that may require between 5-10% travel.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Background in an IT support role
Troubleshooting, root cause analysis and reverse engineering skills
Test Automation experience
Exposure or familiarity with Ui Path, Blue Prism or other RPA software
Excellent Excel skills
SQL skills
Experience with API’s
DESIRED SKILLS
Experience in an Agile environment
ETL Development
Visual Basic and C#
