Position: Senior Accountant
Duration: PERM
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH 44124
Salary: 75,000k-80,000k
Shift: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, 4 days Onsite 1 Day Remote (Friday)
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Previous experience from a big 4 or decent size audit firm
- Experience dealing with clients and a fast past environment
- 2-3 years of experience with auditing or responding to audit requests
- Experience with financial reporting projects, acquisition integration, or system integrations
Plusses:
- CPA certification or interested in pursuing getting CPA
Day to Day:
- Insight Global is looking for a Senior Accountant for one of our Clients in Mayfield Heights, OH. On a day-to-day basis, this person will be performing recurring procedures related to the month-end close process, including performing calculations and account reconciliation, preparing journal entries, and preparing financial reports. They will be participating in annual budget process with FP&A and assisting with carious general accounting projects that may arise during the year such as accounting for business combinations and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes. They will be performing various analysis in Microsoft Excel to respond to ad hoc requests from management, providing guidance and coaching to staff accountants and interns and reviewing work prepared by staff accountants and interns.
