Insight Global is seeking a Service Parts Manager for one of our top clients who specializes in rubber and silicon injection molding machinery to sit in Hebron, KY.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers regarding service repair or warranty parts. Communicating directly with headquarters located in Germany to order and process all of these parts. You will be looking through documentation to research part inquiries with machine serial numbers (RO#) using systems descriptions and on hand quantities, accessing their SAP system for part availability, and billing of material. You are going to be the focal point and face of the parts department; so we expect you to have excellent verbal and written communication to ensure customers are being supported both via phone and email.
In this role you will have one direct report, but our client is expected to grow, so that number could be two or three people by the end of 2023. We are looking for someone who comes from an automotive or mechanical background in ordering parts, but also has at least three years of experience managing people. This position will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm EST.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
