JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer is seeking a remote EST Technical Salesforce Product Owner to join a large pharmaceutical team. The team manages multiple products (i.e. case management, portal, chat) built on the salesforce platform which enables employees to self-service, live-chat, call or submit requests and transactions for HR, Procurement, and Finance services across a global platform. The group manages everything end to end – so from strategy to implementation and support. This role would work with the TPA (technical product analyst), technical lead, lead PA (product analyst), business partners (with Salesforce experience), and others to create technical user stories, collaborate/coordinate with other teams, write acceptance criteria, etc to execute against our product roadmap. The Technical product owner should have leadership skills and strong salesforce experience. This person will drive the upstream work and work with the business product owners to understand the efforts and impact analysis

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Leadership experience as a Technical Product Owner
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Working experience with both developers and architects
  • Jira experience
