They should have strong organization and prioritization skills to ensure they are meeting project timelines, distributing documentation swiftly post learning programs, and coordinating feedback throughout the process. This person should have a passion for efficiency and learning and development. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- At least two years of professional experience
- Experience managing timelines, documentation, and processes associated with corporate learning programs
- Hands on experience using MS Office Suite, Kahoot!, SharePoint, and Maven
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
