Insight Global is looking for a Treasury Associate to join a hedgefund in the NYC/Stamford area. They will be joining the Treasury Team. The Treasury team manages the Firm’s access to and deployment of capital using a cost-effective approach, protects the capital of the Firm against external credit issues while allowing the investment of such capital, and minimizes the short- and long-term costs of financing.
As a Treasury Associate, you will:
- Verify, analyze, and dispute, if necessary, all margin calls and recalls prepared by the team for Repos, Futures, Cash, and Derivative trades
- Commit Capital on behalf of the Firm for Over-The-Counter (OTC) Transactions through analysis of risk factors
- Evolve and monitor analytics, reporting, and decision process on a number of key Treasury responsibilities, including:
- Firm and Portfolio Manager financing and working capital consumption
- Margin optimization
- Financing pricing
- Bank balance sheet and return metric calculations
- Liquidity sufficiency and excess optimization
- Capital allocation and entity funding
- Identify and collaborate with Technology on data and workflow process enhancements
- Assist Legal department and the head of Treasury in drafting trading/credit agreements
- Facilitate reporting and commentary for senior management

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
