Job Posting for Funding Administrator at Insight Investments
Responsibilities
Prepare internal spreadsheets outlining specifics of any transaction that is to be discounted
Audit internal files, including but not limited to documentation, evidence of payment, proof of ownership, etc.,
Verify and compare all pertinent lease information in company software program
Prepare necessary UCC filings to meet legal and Article 9 requirements
Responsible for creating all closing documentation on schedules to be funded with bank partners.
Organize and prepare funding packages in accordance with lender requirements
Post close, track and follow up on all outstanding items such as waivers, additional documentation, state filed backup, etc.
Perform all post close action items in Insight applications software
Review and audit all paper to be placed on warehouse line
Responsible for entering of data into warehouse line borrowing base and ensure all requirements are upheld and met
Act as the main interface with bank line institution
Have a basic understanding of Insight Investments system applications, contractual terms and conditions
Update internal logs regularly
Act as the enforcer of insurance requirements and record keeper of all evidence of insurance certificates
Create weekly reports for upper and executive management
Miscellaneous duties to include; filing, promptly returning phone calls and emails, scanning, trouble shooting
Qualifications / Education
1-2 years equipment leasing experience
Strong proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel
Knowledge of Lease Wave, SSRS /Reports, CSC UCC Filing software; and T-Value (Amortization Software)
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior customer service to our lenders and maintain cooperative working relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively on a one-on-one basis or in group setting
Ability to exercise strict confidentiality
Must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, with the ability to manage and meet firm deadlines
