Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial reporting, analysis, and planning support to finance and sales leadership.

• Assist in providing value-added management reporting on expense and investment management.

• Provide guidance to Sales on their budgets and financial aspects of their operational decisions.

• Conduct various ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.

• Be the primary contact in terms of providing finance guidance and input regarding quotas and ad hoc modeling and analysis.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience with financial reporting & forecasting and variance analysis.

• General knowledge of information technology (networks, operating systems, business applications, web technology, databases).

• Ability to work flexibly, handle many projects simultaneously, and work under time pressure.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse internal stakeholders.

• General knowledge of distribution processes and systems is a plus.

• Ambitious, flexible, aggressive, and a self-starter who can adapt easily to change.

The base salary range for this position is typically $45,000 to $75,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
