Hours: 3x12 7AM-7PM with rotating weekends - Able to pick up shifts as well !
Hourly rate: $36-38/HR base
Shift differentials added ontop of base:
- Evening – $3.25/HR – 3:30PM-11:30PM
- Night – $4.50/HR – 11:30PM-7:00AM
- Weekends – $3.00/HR
Must-Haves:
-2-5 years of experience as RN
-2 years of experience within a PCU or ICU as a RN
-2 years of Charge RN experience within a hospital/acute care setting
-Clear and active RN license within the state of Florida
-BLS, ACLS and NIHSS through the American Heart Association
Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Progressive Care Unit Charge Nurse for a hospital system based in Jupiter, Florida. This Charge Nurse will see patients and help with administrative duties for the other 10 PCU RNs on the unit. This unit has 22 beds and about a 1-3 RN to patient ratio along with CNAs, CNA Unit Secretaries, and additional staff. The unit is planning to expand to 33 beds shortly. The ideal Charge RN will have 2-5 years of experience overall with 2 of those years of experience within a PCU or ICU and 2 years of management experience.
