Our growing Change Management Office sits at the heart of these plans by designing, developing and delivering a portfolio of change projects across the business. 

We have some fantastic opportunities for experienced Business Analysts to join us.  

What's the role? 

As a Business Analyst you’ll be an advocate for the change community, working day-to-day with the wider business to support them in delivering both functional and strategic change.    

This is a highly varied role where you’ll support the full lifecycle from concept through to warranty and benefit realisation.   You’ll help define the scope and scale of work, gather requirements and stakeholder sign offs and manage the business readiness activities. 

This role can be based in our Dundee Campus or work remotely across the UK. 

What are we looking for?

You’ll be an experienced BA with a track record of delivery.  You’ll be highly organised and used to carrying out Business Analysis activity across multiple workstreams.   

You’ll be delivery focused with great attention to detail, and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.   You’ll have excellent communication skills and be flexible in your approach to ensure change is delivered in a people focused way across the business.
