What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Analyst position at Insignia Group?
We are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. Insignia’s vehicle personalization system relies on a configurator that displays the vehicle in 3D, allowing the customer to view it in real time with updated customizations. This role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. In this role, you will assess software quality through manual, exploratory and automated testing while reporting and tracking bugs and changes, ensuring all software updates are ready for release.
The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and consistency, is organized and focused and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
- Familiarity with Azure, PowerShell and GSuite is a plus

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role
- Working knowledge of Windows, Apple and mobile devices
- Working knowledge of networking and security
- 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance
