JOB DUTIES:
1. Keep accurate accounts of cash, checks and charge transactions.
2. Responsible for calculating daily deposits, daily adjustments, and all other
transactions for day. Ensures accuracy of reports.
3. Daily management of paperwork.
a. Occupancy report, guest list, cash drawer summary, balance sheet, account
summary, history file and housekeeping report
b. Complete report summary and audit procedures for the day
c. Balance entries and record financial transactions
d. Record transactions to pertinent month-end report
4. Check room charges and rates for accuracy and make sure the register equals
starting drawer.
5. Monitor room availability.
6. Block rooms and handle special requests.
7. Offer and properly record requests for wake-up calls.
8. Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and how to follow
the steps.
9. Sort, wash and fold linen. Keep front desk, back office, lobby and all public
areas clean at all times. Keep coffee, tea and water filled at all times in
breakfast area
10. Prepare breakfast / coffee and replenish as needed.
11. Perform all duties as Guest Service Agent.
12. Interact with guest for guest stay feedback and maintaining hotel service
scores.
13. Being part of team to maintain high guest service scores.
14. Perform all other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager
Basic Criteria: Must have strong mathematics background. Strong
communication skills and be well organized.
Weight Requirements: 40-60 pounds for push/pull and lifting.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
