What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Insite Managed Solutions?
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Delivery Officer, CDO, you provide organizational, content creation, and communication support through scheduling and calendar maintenance, editing documents, writing proposals, building PowerPoint decks, drafting emails, booking travel, assisting with data analytics and visualizations, etc. Your job is to allow the CDO to focus on tasks that drive company growth and success and navigate client relationships. The Executive Assistant serves as a gatekeeper to the CDO and must be able to prioritize tasks while protecting her time.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Experience creating and revising content, scopes of work, data visualizations and analytics, etc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Expertise utilizing Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint and Excel extensively)
- High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
